I had a lovely stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was nicely decorated and had enough space for me. The daily breakfasts were fantastic, especially the fresh pastries and delicious espresso. The hotel also provided free food, drinks, and water. I had a great experience with great hospitality and good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are visiting the area.

The rooms are cosy, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is welcoming and attentive, with Luciano providing a warm welcome and going above and beyond to assist guests. The location is ideal, situated in an authentic neighborhood close to the city center, allowing guests to experience the true essence of Rome. Additionally, the rooms come with a large bathroom, adding to the convenience and comfort of the stay.

This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with comfy beds and a bathroom that is very large. The hotel staff is friendly and considerate, always ready to help with anything you need. The location is also terrific, not far from all the famous Roman sites and in an authentic Rome neighborhood. The breakfast is included and served in the room every morning, or you can help yourself from the kitchen anytime you want, which is great!

We were really surprised by the comfortable and beautiful interior of Suites Piazza Del Popolo. The shower took a minute to warm up, but aside from that, everything was perfect. The location was ideal, great to easily explore the city. The staff were great too ensure our needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for a home away from home experience.

What a shame. I really missed having a noisy shower and a room without any character.

I chose Suites Piazza Del Popolo because I wanted to visit the beautiful Piazza Navona, which was just 2.57 km away. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient amenities offered by the hotel, especially the complimentary wireless Internet access and tour/ticket assistance. The fresh pastry products from the famous bakery Giuffrè served at breakfast were also a delightful treat.

Our room was not en-suite, and we had to remember to lock up and take the key every time we used the private external bathroom. The lack of tea making facilities in the rooms was also a minor inconvenience.

Had a great weekend break! The location was perfect - within walking distance of all the attractions and metro links. Loved the residential area as it was so quiet and safe. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, we enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to leave our room to eat it as it was brought straight to us. The room was lovely, modern and clean with comfortable beds.

The bathroom was a bit small, and we had to remember to lock it every time we left the room. Plus, there was no tea-making facilities in the room.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the hot breakfast and complimentary parking offered by the hotel. the location was also very convenient, only a few minutes away from the city's main attractions. we appreciated the attentive and friendly staff who took care of our needs and offered great recommendations for local restaurants.

The lack of hot water and inconsistent room cleaning. Some days, we had to ask for fresh towels and the cleaning staff did not always remove dirty dishes from our room.

The hotel's location is convenient as it is close to some public transportation options and within walking distance of popular attractions. the rooms are spacious and well decorated with necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the staff is welcoming and provides a good service experience.

The shower's water pressure is inconsistent and uncomfortable.
